As GM and Practice Lead of Human Centred Design I am responsible for leading and growing Pragma's professional human centred design services and consulting. This role oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations, drives business development and profitability, and ensures high-quality service delivery to clients.

Working with clients such as Department of Social Services, Clean Energy Regulator, Australian Signals Directorate, Department of Employment and Workplace Relations, Boral, QLD's Department of Transport and Main Roads, NZ's Ministry of Education and more.

Pragma: Design Consulting Lead

2022 - 2024

As Lead of Design Consulting at Pragma I led a cross-functional team of passionate design professionals working across a range of government projects.

I worked with clients and projects at the Clean Energy Regulator, Attorney-General's Department, Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water, Department of Education, Department of Employment and Workplace Relations, Australian Signals Directorate, Fair Work Ombudsman and more.
